Associate Wealth Manager | Hybrid / Remote UK Based

Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Salary: Competitive Base + Performance Bonus + Full Study Support

A highly respected and rapidly expanding wealth management and financial planning firm in London is seeking an ambitious Associate Wealth Manager to join its growing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with 12–18 months’ experience within wealth management, financial planning, or financial services who is actively studying towards, or nearing completion of, the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Working alongside experienced advisers and planners, you will gain exposure to high-quality financial planning, client relationship management, investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth preservation solutions for private clients.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting senior advisers while developing your own technical knowledge and client-facing capabilities. The firm is committed to investing in future talent and offers a clear pathway towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Wealth Managers in delivering holistic financial planning advice
  • Attend client meetings and assist with ongoing relationship management
  • Prepare suitability reports and client review documentation
  • Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and professional introducers
  • Assist with portfolio reviews and financial planning recommendations
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop your own client management and advisory skills through structured mentoring

About You

Essential

  • 12–18 months’ experience within wealth management, financial planning, financial advice, or a related financial services environment
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Genuine passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach

Desirable

  • Experience supporting Financial Planners or Wealth Managers
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • Experience using financial planning or CRM systems
