About the Role:
This highly analytical role is ideal for an ambitious professional keen to contribute to improving board effectiveness, corporate governance, and leadership performance across diverse organisations. The successful candidate will support senior advisors on a range of governance advisory projects, working with FTSE-listed, private equity-backed, and international clients. You will be immersed in an environment that values rigorous research, sharp analytical insights, and professional client engagement, providing a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in corporate governance and strategic advisory.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth company and market research to support client projects.
- Perform data analysis, synthesising complex information into clear insights.
- Draft comprehensive reports and prepare high-quality client presentations.
- Develop board-level materials that are professional and impactful.
- Contribute to improving board effectiveness and corporate governance.
- Assist in enhancing leadership performance within client organisations.
- Manage competing deadlines and priorities across multiple advisory projects.
Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant analytical, research, advisory, or governance-focused role.
- Strong written communication skills, producing clear and concise professional work.
- Excellent research and analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to transform complex information into structured, client-ready insights.
- Professional, discreet, and mature approach to handling confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple project deadlines effectively.
- Genuine interest in boards, governance, responsible business, and leadership effectiveness.
