Senior Project Manager / Associate Director – Project Operations & Center of Excellence

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to drive operational excellence across our project delivery teams. This role will focus on developing scalable delivery frameworks, standardising project methodologies, improving governance, and embedding best practice across complex client programmes.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will identify opportunities to improve how projects are planned, managed and delivered, creating repeatable processes and operational playbooks that enhance consistency, quality and commercial performance.

This is an opportunity to support one of CBRE’s top 5 clients, and one of our largest global client accounts, in a fast-paced international setting of 1,300 employees globally. Sitting within a 50-strong PMO, you will play a key role in supporting delivery across a USD 300–400 million per annum capital programme. Because of the global footprint of the account, the role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and confident managing stakeholders across multiple time zones, from APAC through to the Americas. It’s a high-profile role with real scale, complexity, and visibility, made even better by reporting into a highly supportive and well-regarded line manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
