About The Role:

The Crowd are partnered with an established boutique design studio renowned for its imaginative and beautifully crafted approach to hospitality and commercial design across an international portfolio. They are looking for a talented Associate/Senior Interior Designer with experience in the high-end boutique hotel space to join their close-knit team and take a leading role across all stages of design. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping and developing the studio’s interior design offering.

In this key position you will have a high level of ownership, client exposure, and the opportunity to work on beautifully detailed, design-led projects ranging from high-end villas to luxurious boutique hotels. The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects, with a proactive approach and a strong eye for design.

The studio offers a collaborative and sociable working environment, flexible hybrid working and plenty of support for professional growth. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on greater responsibility while contributing to a growing, design-led studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects across all design stages, from initial concept through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications and planning packages
  • Oversee site coordination, contract administration and the successful delivery of projects
  • Provide design leadership, championing quality and helping to shape the studio’s creative direction and culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth and development of the team and wider studio, bringing forward ideas and opportunities for growth
  • Act as a key ambassador for the company, representing the studio with confidence across clients and industry contacts

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Senior Interior Designer with 6+ years’ experience
  • Strong leadership skills and client facing capabilities.
  • Strong portfolio in luxury boutique hotel, hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Confident across all project stages, including technical delivery
  • Proficient in Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with great communication and organisational skills
