MSF UK is looking for an Association Membership and Systems Officer to support a 12-month programme of improvements to the way we manage Association membership data, processes and systems. Working with colleagues across the Association Team, Governance, HR, IT and Data Protection, you will gather feedback, document needs, improve data quality, support reporting and help implement practical changes that strengthen association engagement.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Duration: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months
Location: London - hybrid, 2 days per week in office (including Wednesdays)
Salary: £36,437.07- £44,534.19 per annum | Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.
Job Purpose
The primary role of the Association Membership and Systems Officer is to coordinate and implement a programme of work to improve the recruitment, onboarding, and member management processes of current and prospective MSF UK Association members. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Governance and Association and the Association Team Lead, this role will help strengthen the processes, data and systems that support MSFers to join, participate and remain connected to the MSF UK Association.
