What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and motivated by using data and insight to drive performance across leading marketplace platforms such as Zalando, About You and Amazon. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using customer, trading and campaign insights to increase product visibility, accelerate growth and strengthen the M&S brand across international markets.

What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across Zalando, About You, Amazon and other marketplace channels, managing budgets, bidding, campaign performance and product visibility to support commercial growth.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve traffic, conversion, ROAS and overall marketplace effectiveness.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear campaign governance, ensuring activity is delivered on time, aligned to business priorities and continuously optimised for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
