Project Manager – Assurance Business Unit
Lubbock Fine is undergoing a programme of digital transformation, including the adoption of new technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance the way we deliver services and operate internally. We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the delivery of key business change and technology initiatives across the Firm. The role will focus on implementing new systems, improving processes and supporting the effective adoption of technology across our teams.
The first major project for this role will be the implementation of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Business Unit. This will form the initial phase of a broader programme of digital transformation within the Firm. Reporting into the COO, the Project Manager will work closely with the business sponsors for each digital transformation project, senior stakeholders in the relevant business units and operational to ensure projects are delivered successfully and embedded effectively into day-to-day operations.

Project Leadership
- Lead the planning and delivery of firmwide technology and business change projects
- Develop clear project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure structured delivery
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, Assurance leadership and operational teams
- Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure effective communication through projects

Inflo Implementation
- Lead the rollout and implementation of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance Business Unit
- Coordinate system configuration, testing and deployment to align with the Firm’s audit workflows and methodology
- Work closely with Audit and Compliance teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems
- Manage the transition to the new platform, including training, support and adoption across the audit team
- Ensure the system is implemented in a way that supports regulatory compliance and improves audit efficiency
Assurance Transformation & Process Improvement
- Support wider Assurance operational improvement and transformation projects following the Inflo implementation
- Work with Assurance leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and quality through technology and process redesign.
- Support the embedding of new systems and ways of working across the Assurance Business processes
Testing, Training & Adoption
- Oversee system testing and quality assurance prior to deployment
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and issue resolution
- Support teams through system adoption, training and change management
- Develop clear documentation, user guides and training materials to support effective use of new systems
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with Assurance partners, managers, operational teams and external technology providers
- Act as a central point of coordination during project implementation
- Ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout project lifecycles

Continuous Improvement
- Capture feedback following project delivery to improve future implementations
- Support the development of consistent project management and change management practices within the Firm
The successful candidate is someone who is a qualified accountant who has trained in audit and developed a passion for technology and operational workflow improvement, be a great communicator and team player with a results-oriented work ethos
We would love to hear from you if you are...
- Qualified accountant with experience in audit within a UK professional services firm
- Experienced working with Inflo audit technology, ideally including implementation experience
- Strong understanding of audit workflows and other professional services operations
- Proven experience delivering technology or system implementation projects
- Strong project management, planning and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with using waterfall and agile project management techniques
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, system integrations or data migrations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
