Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Homebased with travel to VIVO Sites, can be between Cornwall to Kent to up to Oxford
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000-£36,000

VIVO is looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our Security & Fraud Management team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted member of a specialist team, providing essential administrative and operational support across security, investigations, compliance and risk management.
About the Role
This is much more than a traditional administration role. You’ll play an important part in ensuring security processes run effectively, records and documentation are maintained accurately, and the right information is available to support informed decision-making across the business.

Working closely with Security & Fraud Managers, responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating security activities
- Maintaining confidential records
- Preparing reports and supporting security health checks, audits and assurance activities across VIVO offices and operational sites
- Assisting with investigations into security incidents, breaches, misconduct and fraud, gathering and analysing information and helping to produce clear, accurate reports and recommendations
- Supporting personnel security and vetting activities, including pre-employment screening, while ensuring sensitive information is handled with the highest levels of discretion and in line with data protection and security requirements
You’ll build effective relationships with internal teams, MOD representatives, DIO, external partners and other stakeholders, supporting meetings, working groups and assurance reviews. You’ll also contribute to the development and review of security policies, procedures and guidance, helping to promote a strong and positive security culture throughout VIVO.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, highly organised and able to prioritise and manage their own workload. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential, alongside good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Previous experience or awareness of personnel security, government security requirements, security vetting, risk management, fraud prevention or investigations would be advantageous, but a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail and the right attitude are key.
