Role Description

The Aston Martin Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at HR Owen Aston Martin London in Wandsworth. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting clients, understanding their vehicle needs, and accurately recording service and repair requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing service bookings, coordinating with technicians, preparing estimates, updating customers on progress, and ensuring all work is completed to agreed standards and timelines. The role involves explaining recommended work clearly, handling aftersales queries, managing invoicing and payment, and supporting warranty and maintenance processes. The Service Advisor also helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, professional service and contributing to the smooth running of the service reception area.

  • Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible way.
  • Experience in Aftersales within the automotive sector or a similar customer-facing service environment.
  • Ability to manage bookings, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation and invoicing.
  • Comfort working with dealership management systems and basic IT tools (email, scheduling, CRM).
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team and with technical staff.
  • Previous experience in a premium or luxury automotive brand environment is beneficial.
  • A valid driving license and eligibility to work on-site in London.
