Job Title: ATA Panel Beater
Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands
Salary: Between £20 - £24 per hour depending on experience + bonus
Employer: Established Main Dealer Bodyshop
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week
About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ATA Panel Beater to join the bodyshop team of a well-established and reputable car dealership based in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional team in a modern, well-equipped workshop, handling a variety of vehicles and repair work to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques
- Replace and repair body panels, aligning and fitting components accurately
- Work to manufacturer and ATA standards at all times
- Collaborate with paint technicians and estimators to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements
- ATA accreditation in panel beating (essential)
- Proven experience in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and equipment
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
