Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Jira & Confluence AMS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Atlassian Cloud/Data Center, administration, migration, and L2/L3 support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence environments.
- Configure and maintain projects, issue types, workflows, screens, field configurations, permissions, notification schemes, and security schemes.
- Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, knowledge bases, and content governance.
- Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions.
- Configure Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and Advanced Roadmaps.
- Provide Jira best-practice guidance and process improvements to Agile teams.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM platforms.
- Troubleshoot workflow, permission, integration, and platform-related issues.
- Monitor application health, performance, backups, and maintenance activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities within defined SLAs.
- Support user onboarding, training, and technical documentation.
- Work with JCMA and CCMA migration tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Security & Eligibility Requirements
- UK National required due to customer environment and security requirements.
- Candidates who have previously held SC Clearance or are eligible to obtain SC Clearance will be preferred.
- Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site when required.
