Our rapidly expanding Atlassian Centre of Excellence (ACE) is a specialist team dedicated to designing, implementing and running innovative, agile work management platforms to help our clients run their businesses and technology transformation programmes in a transparent, collaborative and value-focused way.
The continued success of our Atlassian practice means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting specialists with technical experience in designing, building, deploying, and managing Atlassian-based solutions with a strong focus on Rovo and AI.
As a member of the Atlassian CoE team, you will support the development, positioning and implementation of Atlassian Rovo and AI-enabled solutions that help improve delivery, collaboration, knowledge management and decision-making across complex organisations. This is a client-facing role, working as part of a team across multiple projects, programmes and clients.

The following are core elements of this role. There will be opportunities for coaching and training for strong candidates who do not have experience in all these areas:
- Ongoing client delivery
- Supporting client engagements involving Atlassian Rovo, contributing to discovery, solution design and implementation activities
- Working with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions
- Design and delivery of Atlassian Rovo demonstrations, showcasing relevant use cases and business benefits
- Supporting the implementation and configuration of Atlassian Rovo, including agent setup, workflow integration and user adoption activities
- Helping clients understand how Rovo integrates with Jira, Confluence and related tools to improve knowledge discovery and productivity
- Contributing to delivery transformation initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance ways of working through AI capabilities
- Supporting project teams in embedding AI-enabled practices into existing delivery processes and governance frameworks
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Atlassian CoE and wider organisation to deliver successful client outcomes
Continuous innovation
- Working as part of an EMEA-wide team to explore and develop AI-enabled delivery approaches and solutions
- Contributing to the development of Atlassian Rovo capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Developing innovative AI-enabled solutions, use cases and demonstrations that showcase the value of Atlassian Rovo within client environments
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Atlassian's AI strategy, product roadmap and emerging capabilities across the ecosystem
- Creating reusable assets, accelerators, best practices and implementation patterns to support client delivery and capability growth
- Participating in internal learning, capability-building and knowledge-sharing activities

The following are the core skills and experience essential to be successful in this role:
- Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem
- Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Rovo
- Experience designing, delivering and demonstrating Atlassian-based solutions
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, trends and enterprise adoption considerations
- Experience translating technical requirements into tangible roadmaps and plans
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies and modern software delivery practices
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
- Growth Mind-set – You embrace emerging technologies, continuously build your expertise and actively seek opportunities to learn and innovate
- Problem solving – You enjoy navigating ambiguity, identifying practical solutions and helping clients realise value from new technologies
The following will be desirable skills:
- Accreditation and Certification in Atlassian products is an advantage but not essential
- Experience creating Rovo agents, AI assistants or AI-driven workflow solutions
- Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications, integrations and automation capabilities

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm.
