Description

Daily monitoring of all ATM’s

  • Utilise different Banks monitoring systems to respond as quickly as possible to down ATM’s
  • Log calls with banks vendors for problematic ATM’s and managing escalation until problem is timeously resolved.
  • Forward update status on ATMs to centres regularly
  • Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department’s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.
  • Support SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.

Daily troubleshooting and guaranteeing ATMs availability.

  • Analyse poor performing ATM’s and put action plan in place for improvement.
  • Identify faults in ATMs, by checking data obtained from reports and forward an alert to the Centre for them to be attended to.
  • Follow up that all faults have been allocated to a team and have been resolved.
  • Solving problems with the importation of data and non-existent transactions.
  • Identify and communicate faults in cash machines and send an alert for them to be solved.
  • Escalate to bank should vendor not adhere to SLA's as per bank standard in efforts to minimise downtime.

  • Act as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage the integration of business units into a seamless end to end solution for customers.
  • Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters/ concerns to the SME’s (subject matter experts) when required.
  • Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one’s portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in ATM Operations environment
  • Custodian experience: Advantageous
