You will receive structured training to initially qualify as a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. You will then have the opportunity to study for the CTA qualification. All this will be combined with hands-on experience with real clients. Requirements
- Curious and enquiring school leavers who have achieved 2 A-levels at grade B or above (or an equivalent Level 3 qualification) and 5 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) including Maths and English
- Friendly and open personalities
- Team workers that appreciate and can provide supportive challenge from/to those that they work with
- Good levels of underlying oral and written communication skills
- Those who value and grasp the opportunity to gain a world-class professional qualification
- People that understand the responsibilities of working in a professional, client orientated and regulated environment
- Individuals for whom purpose and values are important

What You Will Do
- From the start you will work on client-based projects, initially as a closely supported trainee assistant
- Accounts and tax focused roles will be more office based but with regular client interaction
- You will learn how to use a range of software and technology platforms to analyse, process and test data
- Working as part of a team made up of likeminded people with a strong cohort of people like you
- Pursuing a path to qualification supported by structured teaching and practical experience. Once you have attained this the opportunities are almost limitless
- Having some fun! While we take our work seriously, we also encourage our people to have fun along the way
