ATTENDANCE & MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Permanent Contract 32.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday 7:30am-2:30pm

Term Time Only (incl INSET days) + 1 week during school holidays

Single Status Grade 4, Points 9-10 Salary £25,185 - £25,583 (pro rata)

Cavendish School is looking to appoint a compassionate and friendly professional to be our Attendance and Medical Assistant in our all through School. The role is based in our Secondary Phase in a busy environment.

You will be working alongside Staff in the School to promote positive attitudes towards Pupils' School attendance and ensure the health and wellbeing of all Pupils.

Main duties will include;

  • Ensuring Registers are accurate and they are given the appropriate attendance code.
  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality, tracking patterns of absence.
  • Communicate promptly with Parents/Carers to resolve all attendance queries and ensure all pupils are accounted for.
  • Support with First Aid and Medical duties.
