- Salary: £19,047 actual per annum, £28,153 pro rata
- Hours: 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
- Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible

Rose Hill Primary School is seeking to appoint dedicated and compassionate Attendance and Safeguarding Assistant.
As Attendance and Safeguarding Assistant, you will be required to support the wellbeing and personal development of the pupils at Rose Hill Primary School.

Your responsibilities will include:
- being Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead
- monitoring daily attendance
- working with parents to provide support where necessary
- performing the duties of Medical Lead
- co-ordinating external early help
- managing referrals and record keeping
- supporting pupils to have a healthy therapeutic balance
You will have:
- experience in a pastoral, counselling, or similar role within an education setting
- empathy, patience, and non-judgmental approach
- excellent communication and IT skills
- the ability to prioritise work including multi-tasking
- understanding of the need to always maintain professional confidentiality
- good English and Mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above)
