Oasis Academy Immingham - Attendance, Family Liaison & Admissions Officer

Are you passionate about improving student outcomes and making a real difference to children and families?

Oasis Academy Immingham is seeking a dedicated and proactive Attendance, Family Liaison & Admissions Officer to play a key role in promoting excellent attendance, supporting families, managing admissions, and ensuring every student has the best opportunity to succeed.

About The Role

You will:

  • Lead daily attendance monitoring and intervention strategies.
  • Work closely with students, families, academy staff, and external agencies to improve attendance and punctuality.
  • Manage attendance panels, penalty notices, and legal processes where required.
  • Oversee all academy admissions, leavers, and pupil record management.
  • Produce attendance reports and analyse data to drive improvement.
  • Promote safeguarding and student welfare at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication, organisational, and data management skills.
  • Understands attendance legislation and safeguarding requirements.
  • Has experience working with children, young people, and families.
  • Can manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Is confident using IT systems and analysing data to inform decisions.
