Job Description
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking a senior finance attorney with at least six years of experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office. Experience with negotiating credit and security agreements and M&A financing is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting and negotiation experience and strong academics.

Salary
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $159,000 – $192,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as qualifications, experience, and skill level.
