Are you passionate about early careers and creating outstanding candidate experiences? Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership, shape strategy and build something as a business grows?

We're looking for an Attraction Lead to join The Ladder Group's Campaigns team and lead our growing attraction offering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in graduate recruitment, early careers or talent acquisition who's ready to step beyond delivering attraction activity and into a role where they'll shape strategy, influence clients and build one of the most exciting attraction functions in the market.

The Ladder Group

At The Ladder Group, we believe in creating incredible careers for everyone. We are a business with a clear purpose: helping organisations build exceptional talent pipelines while creating greater access to opportunities for young people.

Since launching in 2021, we've grown rapidly, working with organisations across early careers, community impact and social mobility, while expanding our reach and impact across the UK and internationally.

The Campaigns Team

Our Campaigns team delivers recruitment campaigns, attraction strategies and employer engagement projects for organisations looking to build exceptional early careers programmes.

Working across graduate, internship and apprenticeship hiring, the team partners with clients to design attraction strategies, deliver recruitment campaigns and create outstanding candidate experiences that lead to successful hiring outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
