Welcome to the Stage. Welcome to the Spotlight!

Ready to lead the operation behind one of the world's most iconic attractions?

We are Madame Tussauds London, and we are looking for an Attraction Manager to take centre stage. This is your chance to lead the heart of our operation, shaping every part of the guest experience while driving exceptional standards in safety, service, and performance.

At Madame Tussauds London, no two days are the same. One moment you're leading teams through a record-breaking peak, the next you're launching a major event, improving the guest journey, or ensuring world-class experiences for thousands of visitors from around the globe. This is a role for someone who thrives in the spotlight, loves leading people, and takes pride in turning great operations into unforgettable memories.

Working closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership team, you will lead Attraction Supervisors, Ride Operators, and front-line teams across the attraction. You will oversee guest flow, ride operations, safety standards, and service delivery, balancing operational excellence with memorable guest experiences. From supporting major events and attraction launches to developing future leaders and driving continuous improvement, you will play a key role in the success of one of the UK's most visited attractions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
