What you'll bring to the team

We have a fun packed Attractions Host opportunity available at our historic Warwick Castle... The UK's most exciting Castle!

Come and help us to unleash over 1000 years of excitement, discovery and jaw dropping unique experiences for our guests in this fantastic, fulfilling role where no two days will be the same!

Being part of our Attractions and Events Team will see you assisting with the day-to-day operations at Warwick Castle, playing a major part in creating memorable experiences for all our guests.

  • You’ll be heavily involved in our “Legend of the Trebuchet” show, playing an integral part in a team who will be winding the wheels of this, the world's largest working siege machine replica in front of an audience during shows.
  • You’ll play an important role ensuring the health and safety of everyone, our guests, your colleagues and the performers! You’ll be vigilant, looking out for any hazards and raising all health and safety concerns quickly to the managers.
  • You’ll be assigned to chaperone our costumed performers and ensure our guests remain within designated areas and walkways for their own safety as there will be a lot of “behind the scenes activity” with equipment movement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
