Auction Valuer
Full-time | Remote | On the road
We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Auction Valuer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional with strong local knowledge, an established network and the drive to grow a successful territory within an established property brand.
You will play a key role in generating new business, building introducer relationships and securing property and land listings for sale by auction. The ideal candidate will be confident, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of their area, supported by our wider business, administrative, marketing and digital teams.
About the role
As Auction Valuer, you will identify new opportunities, appraise properties and land, and work with clients and partners to deliver successful auction outcomes. You will be responsible for developing brand awareness across your territory and providing excellent service to sellers, buyers and professional contacts.

Key responsibilities
- List and sell property and land through traditional and modern methods of auction.
- Develop and grow a network of introducing partners, including estate agents, commercial agents, solicitors and traders.
- Carry out auction appraisals and valuations.
- Support and encourage new buyers throughout the auction process.
- Respond to enquiries by telephone and email, with administrative support.
- Create and deliver a plan to increase income, market share and brand awareness.
- Produce marketing collateral, including video tours.
- Take an active role in marketing and brand awareness using the existing digital and social media framework.
- Deliver excellent customer service to new and potential clients by telephone, email, online and video communication.

About you
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial approach who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and delivering a high standard of service. You will be proactive, organised and confident representing the brand in your local market.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the property sector is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and determined.
- Ability to self-generate business and build successful professional relationships.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
