Trainee Sales Specialist at Yeovil Audi
We have an opportunity for a Trainee Sales Specialist to join our team at Yeovil Audi. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop your career with one of the world's leading premium automotive brands. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll receive extensive Audi Academy training and certification, ongoing coaching, mentoring, and product training, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build a successful career in automotive sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and creating a memorable first impression.
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them through their Audi journey.
- Delivering engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Supporting sales activities across the showroom, telephone and digital channels.
- Learning and applying Audi sales processes and brand standards.
- Assisting with vehicle handovers to ensure an outstanding customer experience
What You Will Need
- A passion for customer service and people.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer-facing experience within retail, hospitality, or sales.
- Interest in automotive technology and premium brands.
- A full UK driving licence.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with every 3rd Sunday worked from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
- You'll benefit from a fixed day off every Tuesday and enjoy every 3rd full weekend off.
