The focus is on driving attendance, building awareness, and initiating adoption of and engagement with Forrester events.

Job Description:

  • Prospect the right personas to garner interest and convert ticket sales for Forrester’s EMEA and APAC flagship events.
  • Build expertise across Forrester’s research areas to map client business initiatives to Forrester’s events to drive event attendance, support renewal rates, and lead to additional event ticket enrichment opportunities.
  • Develop and evolve creative, strategic, and brand-building programs using digital and social media channels to promote Forrester events.
  • Systemize your sales pitch to showcase the value of attending a Forrester event.
  • Leverage client engagement activity within your portfolio to create an event engagement strategy to drive attendance.

  • Manage the assigned events inbox, field support requests on Forrester’s website, and take calls to the events general support line.
  • Collaborate closely with the global event sales and customer success teams to share best practices, ensure standardized training and capabilities, and meet shared goals.
  • Use the Forrester event registration platform, CRM system, event mobile app, and other technologies to support event customer service, attendee registration and reconciliation, onsite experience, and activity and opportunity tracking.
  • Track all activity and correspondence of Forrester’s CRM system. Follow up on tasks, leads, fulfillment items, and registrations within expected service levels.
  • Be available to travel internationally for Forrester events, as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
