Audience Development Officer
Role Summary
The Unicorn is committed to transforming young lives through theatre. We believe that young people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds have the right to experience exciting, entertaining and inspiring theatre. We maintain a strong commitment to representing diversity in our audiences, as well as on our stages, and we prioritise accessibility and inclusion across our organisation. Playing a key role within the marketing team, the Audience Development Officer will support the design and delivery of our audience development strategy, broadening our reach and engagement. With 40% of audiences currently made up of school groups, the Audience Development Officer will build and grow the Unicorn’s relationships with schools, educational partnerships and access groups, and will use audience data to help us make informed decisions about how we reach and develop new audiences.
