About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're looking to connect with talented audience-focused specialists at all levels — from Audience Engagement Editors to SEO, Discover and Growth experts looking for their next challenge.
Our Audience Team is the engine behind our scale. They make sure the content our Editorial and Social teams create finds the biggest possible audience - across search, Google Discover, social platforms and emerging channels.
The team spans SEO Specialists, Audience Engagement Editors and Growth Editors, working at the intersection of content and data. From optimising headlines for search and Discover, to identifying the trends and formats driving traffic, to shaping publishing strategy with insight - this is where editorial instinct meets analytics

You'll work with some of the largest audience datasets in publishing, with real influence over what gets made and how it reaches over a billion people a month.
What we typically look for:
- Experience in audience development, SEO, or growth roles within publishing, media or digital content
- Expert knowledge on Google Discover, search trends and how content performs across platforms
- Confidence with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, social insights) and turning data into editorial recommendations
- A strong feel for headlines, framing and what makes a youth audience click
- Confident with algorithm changes and emerging platforms - and how to stay ahead of them
- Ability to collaborate closely with Editorial and Social teams in a fast-moving environment
