Audience & Marketing Insights Manager
I’m looking to hire an Audience & Marketing Insights Manager, who will provide central oversight and leadership in fundraising/marketing/communications data, acting as the main interface to the Central Data Team at a national charity, turning data into tools, frameworks, and insights that improve revenue and engagement performance.
Your role will be critical in supporting marketing, fundraising, and communications functions by transforming audience and campaign data into action, enabling evidence-based decision-making, and shaping strategic planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You are proactive, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about using data to make a difference.
- You enjoy working with stakeholders to understand their needs and can turn business questions into clear, actionable insights.
- You care about data quality, consistency, and security, and you’re always looking for ways to improve how data is used.
- You have excellent knowledge, experience, and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, digital channels and technologies, conversation rate optimisation (CRO) practice, and looking at and quantifying the value and simplicities of supporter journeys across a portfolio for products.

Essential Experience Needed:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the charity or commercial sector.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital channels and technologies.
- Experience with visualizing data to educate stakeholders in platforms like Looker Data Studio, GA4 Explorations, and Power BI.
- Experience of pulling in data from Dynamics, GA4, and other external sources such as GA4, Brandwatch, Cision.
- Proven, advanced experience with managing, developing, and integrating Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of how data describes audiences and impact on the development of products.
- Proven experience of delivering actionable insights from data to increase rates of optimisation, conversion, and engagement, including A/B and multivariate testing.

Job Details:
- Salary: £50,000
- Location: Remote based, within the UK, with the ability to attend the London office ad-hoc
- Type: Full-time, permanent role.
- Benefits: 26 days, increasing to 31 days after 2 years, 2 days volunteering leave. Cycle to work scheme. Numerous Health and wellbeing benefits.
