Job Description
This role leads the operational management of audience workstreams for Volkswagen Group brands at a global level. Sitting across workflow, service management, governance, and reporting, the Manager, Audience Operations ensures the audience function runs in a structured, consistent, and scalable way.
Working closely with the local planning teams, BAH, analytics, and data teams, the role creates visibility across audience demand, delivery status, performance inputs, and operational risks. The Manager will oversee the processes, documentation, and reporting rhythm that enable audience work to move efficiently from request through to review.
This role would suit someone who can bring structure, judgment, and continuous improvement to a complex, multi-market audience service.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Workflow & Ticketing
- Manage the day-to-day audience request process, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and updated accurately.
- Maintain the ticketing workflow, monitoring progress, blockers, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate with local teams, the audience team, and BAH to ensure requests move through the process efficiently.
Tracker & Documentation Management
- Own and maintain the master audience tracker, ensuring audience status, ownership, platform availability, and key details are up to date.
- Support updates to the audience catalogue, including audience names, definitions, IDs, usage notes, and market availability.
- Maintain clear process documentation, templates, and ways-of-working materials for the audience team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
