The Brand

This is a seriously exciting opportunity for an Audience & Segmentation Manager to join one of the UK’s biggest names in retail at a major point in its customer data journey. With huge scale, an evolving digital ecosystem and significant investment in customer intelligence, you’ll be joining a business where audience strategy has the potential to influence millions of customer interactions across CRM, web, app and offline channels.

The Role

As Audience & Segmentation Manager, you’ll take real ownership of the audience and segmentation strategy, turning behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data into actionable customer audiences. You’ll build the frameworks that shape targeting, personalisation and lifecycle engagement, working across CRM, Insights, eCommerce, Digital and Technology while developing capabilities across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein and Agentforce. This is a chance to genuinely build, evolve and influence how a major retailer understands and engages its customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
