An exciting opportunity has arisen in our team for an ambitious and organised individual to gain experience as a Runner while developing their knowledge and gaining experience within Audio production. You will be responsible by ensuring that all facilities are fit for purpose as well as being that first level support for the business operations.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare studios to meet their specifications requirements.
  • Provide support for any further studio requirements upon request of the Production or Audio team.
  • Arrange lunches and refreshments for clients, actors, and engineers.
  • Replenish stock and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintain all facilities ensuring that they are fit for purpose and ensuring that public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Support the team with health & safety matters, desk moves, Audits, contract and supplier management.
  • Support with studio engagement, including set ups and take downs.
  • Deal with reactive tasks in a timely manner.
  • Provide lunch time and any ad-hoc cover for Front of house.
  • Maintain control of the inventory of hardware devices (consoles, phones, computers, and accessories) by correctly allocating devices to employees or seats, as needed.
  • Keep inventory database updated, ensuring specific hardware is updated for potential compatibility testing requests.
  • Prepare equipment for delivery.
  • Test return equipment, communicate and support the IT team with software updates.
  • Ensure that all equipment is stored away safely.
  • Arrange delivery and pick up of equipment.
  • Ensure that all devices allocated to employees are compliant with company security policies and standards www.side.inc.
