We are seeking highly proficient English speakers with strong listening and analytical skills to join an AI speech evaluation project. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can assess spoken interactions critically and identify subtle differences in pronunciation, accent, tone, fluency, and conversational quality.

Engagement Details
Job role: Audio Speech Evaluator – Expert
Duration: 1 month, extendable
Working hours: Availability for 5 hours per day (flexible)
Work Type: Freelance
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot across various topics and scenarios.
- Evaluate AI-generated speech and conversational responses against defined quality standards.
- Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, clarity, pacing, naturalness, and overall conversational quality.
- Identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement in AI speech and conversational performance.
- Provide accurate, objective, and constructive feedback in accordance with project guidelines and evaluation rubrics.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified turnaround time while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills
- Must be a highly proficient English speaker.
- Ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, pronunciation, and conversational style.
- Ability to provide clear, unbiased, and structured feedback.
- Previous experience in speech evaluation, linguistics, audio annotation, quality assurance, AI training, or related fields is an advantage.
