Role Description
- Must be willing to travel UK-wide
This is a full-time remote role for an Audio Visual Installer. The Audio Visual Installer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing digital signage solutions, including LED screens, video walls, and custom display systems at client sites.

Daily tasks include:

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Mounting and wiring hardware
- Connecting and configuring controllers and media players
- Ensuring clean, safe, and compliant installations
The role involves troubleshooting AV and network connectivity issues, coordinating with project managers and clients, and documenting installation details and system settings. The Audio Visual Installer will also provide basic on-site or remote user guidance, support post-install adjustments, and maintain high standards of customer service and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Audio-visual installation skills, including the installation of indoor and outdoor LED/LCD displays, running cables, and configuring controllers and media players.
- Basic networking and IT skills, such as connecting devices, understanding IP addressing, and diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for hardware, software, and signal issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills for working with clients and project teams.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting, working at heights, and using hand and power tools safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to neat, compliant installations and adherence to safety standards.
- Experience in digital signage, AV, or related fields is preferred; vocational training or certification in AV/IT or electronics is an advantage.
