What You'll Be Doing
At Southwark Council, we're committed to creating modern, inclusive and connected workplaces that enable our people and communities to thrive. We're looking for an experienced Audio Visual Manager to lead the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of AV services across our key sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, manage a significant AV portfolio, and ensure the seamless delivery of meetings, events and hybrid collaboration experiences for everyone from frontline services to senior leaders and elected members
You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, managing AV technologies, supplier relationships, budgets, service performance and event delivery. Above all, you'll be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing AV services and large-scale event production
- Strong knowledge of audio visual systems, sound, lighting and integrated technologies
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing services
- A customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to collaboration, inclusion and public service values

- Salary Range: £45,852 - £53,319
