We're seeking a Project Manager who specialises in Audio Visual technologies to lead the successful delivery of AV installation projects across a diverse customer base. If you're a proactive, customer-focused project professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years project management.
  • Consistent, successful management of projects up to 100k in value.
  • Successful completion and submission of highly detailed project planning and handover documentation.

Relevant Certifications

  • Prince 2 Foundation
  • Agile PM qualification

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning the delivery, installation, configuration and testing of AV systems.
  • Produce and update technical and project written documentation to a good standard during the planning and handover process.
  • Review and advise on technical solution design.
  • Plan and supervise pre-site system staging configuration and testing.
  • System commissioning and handover.
  • Planning AV, IP networks, working with the client to ensure IT protocols and network security policies are adhered to.
  • Work alongside the installation, technical and commissioning engineers on site around your specific project management tasks maintaining an involvement throughout the duration of the project.
  • Fully responsible for the completion of any project management tasks associated with Cinos internal processes.
  • Ensure the commercial and financial aspect of any assigned project is monitored and if necessary, escalate for management review.

Personal Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent approach to teamwork.
  • High level of understanding of technical documentation provided as part of a project works package.
  • Maintain a professional approach to client / customer interaction at all times.
  • High level of knowledge and experience around audio visual install practice and standards.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Good administration and organisation.
  • Hold a UK Driving License.
  • Hold no known barriers preventing government and military level security vetting processes.
  • To look after and be responsible for all company property in your possession and to report any loss or damage immediately.
  • Willingness to work away overnight anywhere across the UK or internationally.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company’s policies and ISO standards as well as those set externally for our industry.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company’s standards.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on a telephone or video conference call.

Core working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with flexibility.
