Are you passionate about books, publishing, and helping readers discover their next favourite story?
We're partnering with one of the world's leading audio and streaming platforms as they continue to expand their Books offering across Europe. They're looking for an Editor, Books (Poland) to help shape and grow the Polish book experience for millions of listeners.
This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class editorial team and play a key role in curating content, influencing editorial strategy, and building relationships across the Polish publishing ecosystem. You'll own the Polish storefront, identify cultural trends, champion great content, and ensure the right books reach the right audiences.

What you'll be doing
- Owning and curating the Polish Books storefront
- Developing and contributing to editorial strategy
- Creating engaging editorial copy and content recommendations
- Building strong relationships with publishers across Poland
- Identifying trends, new releases, and culturally relevant content
- Using data and audience insights to inform decisions
- Collaborating with editorial, content, and cross-functional partners globally

What they're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience within publishing, bookselling, content curation, merchandising, or editorial environments
- Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Polish publishing market
- Experience working with digital content platforms
- Ability to balance editorial judgement with commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for books, publishing, and spoken-word content
