Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Audiologist at GRG Health. The Audiologist will support healthcare market research projects by providing clinical insights on hearing disorders, diagnostic pathways, treatment options, and patient care practices. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Participating in expert interviews
- Reviewing questionnaires and discussion guides for clinical accuracy
- Contributing to the interpretation of audiology-related data and trends
- Preparing brief written summaries or feedback on study findings
- Collaborating with research analysts
- Ensuring that audiology perspectives are accurately represented in client deliverables

The Audiologist will work flexibly with cross-functional teams and adhere to ethical and evidence-based standards in all professional input.
Qualifications
- Clinical audiology expertise, including experience in diagnostic audiology (e.g., audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, ABR) and management of hearing and balance disorders.
- Strong knowledge of hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive listening technologies, along with familiarity with current clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to interpret clinical data, research literature, and market insights, and provide clear, structured feedback for research and analysis purposes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate virtually across time zones.
- Relevant professional qualification, such as a Master’s degree in Audiology or equivalent, and appropriate licensure/registration where applicable.
- Prior experience in market research, consulting, or participation in advisory boards or KOL panels is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical standards, and evidence-based practice.
