We’re an independent audiology company working across Surrey and Sussex, providing personalised, patient-focused care. We’re passionate about what we do and believe that great audiology is about much more than simply fitting hearing aids.

- Hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings & aftercare

Role Description
The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including diagnostic tests, interpretation of results, and clear communication of findings to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Recommending and fitting advanced hearing aids
- Performing real-ear measurements
- Making appropriate adjustments to optimize patient outcomes
- Providing counseling and education on hearing health, device usage, and ongoing care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
The role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure high standards of patient experience, participating in follow-up appointments, and supporting continuous improvement of clinical services.
Qualifications
- Clinical audiology skills, including comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnostic testing, and interpretation of audiological results.
- Proficiency in hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and ongoing device management using modern technologies and software.
- Strong patient-centered communication skills, including counseling, education on hearing health, and clear explanation of treatment options.
- Attention to detail in clinical documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment while managing an independent clinical caseload.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Audiology or Hearing Sciences, with appropriate professional registration or licensure for practice.
- Prior experience in a clinical audiology or hearing aid dispensing setting is preferred; familiarity with advanced diagnostic equipment is an asset.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with best practices and emerging technologies in hearing care.
