Audiologist (Part-time) | Leicestershire | Flexible Hours
Alto Hearing is looking for an audiologist to join our Leicestershire team for around 15 hours a week, usually across two days.
This is a part-time role with flexibility around how those hours are worked. It may suit an experienced audiologist looking for a better working week, or someone earlier in their career looking for the right place to grow.
At Alto, we believe good hearing care starts with time, care, and proper clinical standards. Our appointments are thorough. Real ear measurement is standard. We focus on long-term care, not rushed diaries or script-led selling.
We are looking for someone who wants to do strong clinical work and also play a part in building Alto locally. This role is not just about seeing clients in clinic. We want someone who will become part of the local community, represent the brand well, and help us keep building a first-class service in Leicestershire.

The role includes:
- Hearing assessments
- Hearing aid recommendations, fittings, and follow-up care
- Real ear measurement and verification
- Earwax removal
- Ongoing treatment reviews
- Clear note keeping and high clinical standards
- Building trust with clients and their families
- Supporting Alto’s local presence and development
We are looking for someone who:
- Is HCPC registered
- Has a full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Is comfortable working independently
- Takes pride in detail and clinical standards
- Has a warm, natural way with clients
- Wants to be part of a growing independent business
- Is interested in helping develop Alto within the local community
- Already has the unrestricted right to work in the UK

Experience in earwax removal would be useful, although training can be provided for the right person.
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: Around 15 hours per week across two flexible days
