Specsavers Northallerton/Thirsk Hearcare
Our Audiology Clinical Support staff are vital in the running of our hearcare businesses. You will support our Hearing Aid Dispensers to help our stores maximise the efficiency of their hearing service and provide excellent customer care.
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, proactive approach is key.

Located in Northallerton and Thirsk, in our Audiology business.

What's on offer?
- Hours – 4 days (30 hours) including weekend working
- FTC – 12 months
- Salary: up to £13 an hour
- We will auto-enroll you into the pension scheme with an employer contribution when you contribute too

What we are looking for?
- Someone with previous audiology experience
- Organisational skills
- Customer service experience

- Triaging the diary
- Make sure appointments are running smoothly
- Filtering clinics
- Dealing with deliveries and orders
- Promote hearcare to customers on the shop floor
