Audiology Domiciliary Customer Service Partner (CSP)

Salary: £35,000

We're seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Customer Service Partner (CSP) to join our Audiology Domiciliary Joint Venture in South East London and North Kent. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to:

The Territory

A thriving and varied area covering:

  • Streatham (west)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a key business leader, you’ll:

  • Provide life-changing hearing solutions in customers’ homes.
  • Ensure adherence to Specsavers’ clinical and customer service standards.

Requirements

Though no prior audiology experience is required, success depends on:

  • Experience in management, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service (leadership preferred).
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen to thrive as a leader.
  • A customer-focused mindset and willingness to build meaningful connections.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for serving the wide territory).
  • Drive for business ownership and the ambition to make a real community impact.
