We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Customer Service Partner (CSP) to join our Audiology Domiciliary Joint Venture across South East London and North Kent. This isn’t just another management role—it’s a genuine opportunity to:

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key business leader, your role will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team

- Contributing to strategic business decisions and commercial performance

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous audiology experience. We’re seeking someone with:
- Management, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- A passion for outstanding customer care
- The confidence to lead teams and drive performance
- A full UK driving licence
- The ambition to become a business owner and make a real impact in your community

Full Training and Development Provided
We’ll support you to complete the Audiology Practitioner Course within your first 12 months, equipping you to assist qualified clinicians in delivering hearing care.
