Ready for your next step in marketing? At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing, and our Audiology team is helping more people take care of their hearing every day. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us and lead regional and local marketing activity that supports our stores, strengthens our communities and helps drive growth.

This is a field-based role covering the south region which includes London, the south coast, Devon, Cornwall, Oxon, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Somerset, and Essex.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with store partners, retail teams, and marketing colleagues to create and deliver campaigns that make a real difference. From supporting new store openings and relocations to developing local marketing plans and community initiatives, you’ll be the go-to marketing expert for your region. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of areas of the national trading plan, helping to shape and optimize activity across your division.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
