Audiology Outbound Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Head office, Swindon
Salary: £24,852.60 per annum pro rata + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and commercially driven Audiology Outbound Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing audiology team in Swindon.
This role plays an important part in helping customers access life changing hearing care by supporting them through the final stages of their journey with OutsideClinic. You will proactively contact new and existing customers, including those who have received a hearing assessment and quotation, as well as customers who have expressed an interest in our services.
You will build strong relationships over the phone, understand each customer's individual needs, answer questions, provide reassurance and help customers make confident decisions about their hearing care.
The role will involve converting customer opportunities into completed hearing solutions through excellent communication, effective follow up and a customer focused approach. You will combine sales ability with empathy, ensuring every customer receives a professional and personalised experience throughout their journey.

Principle Accountabilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to new and existing customers across a range of audiology campaigns and opportunities.
- Follow up hearing care quotations and customer enquiries, supporting customers through their decision making journey.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their needs and helping them choose the right hearing solution.
- Answer customer questions and provide clear information to support informed decisions.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, helping customers overcome barriers where appropriate.
- Convert suitable opportunities into completed hearing solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to support customer needs and improve conversion outcomes.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, conversion measures and key performance indicators set by your line manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries with a friendly, professional and helpful approach.
- Contact customers following marketing activity, previous appointments, hearing tests and quotations.
- Provide a high level of service to both new and existing customers via telephone and email.
- Build customer confidence and ensure every interaction reflects OutsideClinic’s values.
- Work collaboratively with audiology and operational teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Encourage positive customer feedback through delivering excellent service.
- Support additional campaigns and initiatives as required.

About You
You will be someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships and achieving results.
You Will Have
- Previous experience in a customer focused, sales, contact centre, retail or healthcare environment.
- Confidence making outbound calls and having conversations that lead to positive outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, influence and reassure customers.
- Experience working towards targets or performance measures.
- The ability to handle objections and support customers through decision making.
- A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using IT systems including customer databases, email and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience within healthcare, audiology or a similar service environment would be desirable but is not essential.
