The Opportunity
We’re launching a brand-new audiology business alongside an established optical store in Wimborne Minster. As the Audiology Partner, you’ll:
- Lead the business from day one: shaping its future, growing the customer base, building a high-performing team, and establishing a destination for outstanding hearing care in the local community.
- Make an initial investment to purchase shares in the business, giving you genuine ownership and an opportunity to share directly in future success.
- Run your business independently, yet backed by Specsavers’ proven partnership model, combining clinical expertise and business leadership.

Key Requirements
Ideal candidate should:
- Be HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
- A commercially-minded leader with passion for business ownership
