Audio Visual (AV) Engineer
Location: London - On-site
Salary: Up to £41,000 + Benefits
A leading international professional services organisation is looking for an Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to join its Technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AV professional with experience supporting meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms and live events within a corporate environment. You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class service to both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring collaboration and presentation technologies operate seamlessly across the business.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a modern AV estate, providing technical expertise for meetings, conferences, webinars, training sessions and business-critical events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies
- Configuring, operating and troubleshooting AV systems across meeting rooms and event spaces
- Providing technical support for conferences, presentations, webinars and live events
- Conducting room readiness checks and preventative maintenance
- Supporting LED displays, video walls, microphones, cameras and wireless presentation technologies
- Diagnosing and resolving audio, video and connectivity issues
- Managing incidents and service requests through an IT service management platform
- Delivering user training and guidance on collaboration tools
- Maintaining AV asset records and technical documentation
- Working closely with technology teams, facilities and third-party suppliers to continuously improve services

Experience Required
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience of:
- Audio Visual (AV) support within a corporate environment
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Video conferencing and unified communications technologies
- Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, Shure, QSC, Biamp or similar solutions
- Meeting room technology and collaboration platforms
- AV troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Live event, conference or presentation support
- Excellent stakeholder and customer service skills
