Up to £70,000 + benefits
Our client is a reputable firm based in Surrey who focus in mid market clients, they are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and wants a role that combines audit, accounts, advisory work and team management.
You will take responsibility for -
- A varied portfolio of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to larger and more complex groups
- Allocate and review work
- Build / develop and maintain client relationships
- Manage assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervising, coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members

They are looking for someone who is:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experienced within a UK Accountancy Practice
- Confident managing audits and accounts assignments
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients at owner-manager and senior management level
- Experienced in supervising and developing junior staff
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing practice
Previous experience managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients is essential. Experience with larger corporates, groups or more complex audits would be advantageous.
