TPF Recruitment is representing a highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Beaconsfield, who are looking to bolster their team with the addition of a qualified ACCA or ACA Audit and Accounts Senior. About the Firm

This firm provides accountancy, tax, audit, and advisory services to a mix of clients across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and the South East. These clients include corporates, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations across various industry sectors, primarily focusing on owner-managed businesses.

Role Overview

Joining the team as an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will have responsibility for audit, accountancy, and tax services to an exciting client base. The audit department has seen incredible growth, and they have great plans for the future. The firm is seeking individuals who are career-focused and looking to progress in their careers.

You will have a genuine opportunity to progress and develop in your audit career following qualification. This position will offer exposure to accounts, audit, and tax. The remit of the position and the level of audit work can be built around the applicant's experience and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be ACA/ACCA part qualified or qualified, with a strong background in audit or audit and accounts.
  • Have demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior/ Senior/Associate.
  • Experience gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent accountancy practice.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients.
  • Have experience in supervising others and delegating work.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.

Benefits

The client is offering a competitive remuneration package including:

  • Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 (Subject to applicant qualification and level of experience)
  • Holiday: 20-25 days subject to level of study.
  • Pension: Auto Enrolment
  • Additional: Study Support if required.
