Audit Advisor

Location: Canterbury or Chatham - 3-days per week in office

About the Opportunity

A well-established and fast-growing professional services business is looking for an ambitious Audit Advisor to join their expanding Audit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified or experienced audit professional who wants to take real ownership of client assignments, build lasting client relationships, and start developing the next generation of talent around them. You'll be joining a firm that genuinely invests in its people, offers a clear route for progression, and gives its audit team the autonomy to manage engagements from planning through to completion — all while working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners who are invested in your development.

What You'll Be Doing

Audit Delivery

  • Take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, working to professional standards, budgets and deadlines.
  • Manage delivery expectations, flag issues early, and get stuck into more complex audit areas — with support on hand when you need it.
  • Be the client's main point of contact during fieldwork, building strong relationships and reviewing draft accounts along the way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
