The Opportunity: Audit Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Analyst to join our team at HealthTrust Europe. The Audit Analyst works as part of the Audit Function to review and analyse Management Information (MI) and to produce audit analysis, gap analysis, trend reports and bespoke financial reporting.
The role holder is responsible for analysing, documenting and identifying opportunities for HealthTrust Europe to improve the recovery of revenue through more effective spend management and will support the creation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls to identify financial strengths and weaknesses.

DUTIES (included, But Not Limited To)
- Review uploaded supplier spend information, conduct gap analysis on supplier accounts and report findings.
- Communicate analytical outputs to stakeholders, including a clear explanation of key metrics, spend trends, potential revenue recovery/ revenue recovered, variance from forecasts, revenue recovery opportunities identified and any issues requiring resolution.
- Present outputs of audit/ financial analysis and plan of action to senior management, internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor MI upload compliance, track and recover missing MI, identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage. Supports the upload of correct MI from suppliers and educates the suppliers to self-load MI data.
- Monitor, track and resolve spend compliancy issues by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify internal process improvements, improve data quality and report/ propose required process improvements to the Continuous Improvement team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Finance and Data management and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise tasks, effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of business operations.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of spreadsheets software, this includes data manipulation, pivot tables and advanced formulae.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Salesforce and Power BI experience desirable.
- Possesses interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced environment desirable.
