As an Audit Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing our Internal Audit Technology & Innovation roadmap. You will support the development of analytics, automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that strengthen audit execution, improve efficiency, and provide deeper business insights across key operational and financial processes.
Responsibilities
As an Audit Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining audit analytics using Python, R, SQL, ACL, and related technologies
- Delivering technology and innovation initiatives involving data extraction, automation, visualization, and reporting
- Supporting the development and deployment of AI-enabled audit and workflow solutions
- Migrating existing analytics into scalable, governed, and sustainable platforms
- Applying analytics across business processes including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Revenue cycles
- Partnering with auditors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven audit solutions
- Providing audit engagement support through data extraction, scripting, dashboards, and visualizations
- Identifying opportunities to modernize audit processes through emerging technologies and continuous innovation

Essential Skills
- Strong experience with data analytics, data engineering, audit analytics, or data science methodologies
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, R, ACL, or similar analytical programming tools
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of ETL processes, data quality management, and large-scale data analysis
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Have strong experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, audit analytics, or a similar technical role
- Have experience developing analytics, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions for business or audit functions
- Have knowledge of key business process cycles including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Revenue
- Have experience working with large datasets, data cleansing, data quality assessments, and analytical processing techniques
- Have strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning capabilities
- Have experience collaborating across audit, technology, data, and business teams
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
